If you’ve been feeling this way for a while, it can start to feel frustrating when you notice the same experiences or reactions coming up again and again. But often, what you’re experiencing isn’t random. It’s patterned. The way you think, feel, and relate to others has been shaped by your experiences.
And while those patterns may have once helped you cope, they may now be keeping you stuck.
You Might Be Experiencing
Feeling like you’re too much or not enough in relationships
Struggling to open up, even when you want to
Overthinking interactions and replaying conversations
Feeling emotionally overwhelmed but unsure how to express it
Wanting deeper connection, but feeling disconnected

Services
I support individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, panic, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD. I also have experience working with individuals in the geriatric community, including those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia. In addition, I work with couples who feel emotionally disconnected and are seeking to rebuild understanding, closeness, and trust.
In our work together, we gently explore how early experiences and old wounds may still be influencing the way you show up today. A central part of my approach focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself—cultivating self-worth, softening perfectionism, and tending to the parts of you that learned to perform or protect rather than simply be.

Are you ready to do the deeper work?
If you often feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or weighed down by unprocessed experiences, I work with individuals who want to understand the “why” behind their patterns — the roots of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the fear of rejection that quietly shape how they live and connect. I believe healing begins when we approach ourselves with curiosity and compassion, not pressure to “get over it.” Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface so you can move through life with greater clarity, safety, and self-trust.
Therapeutic Approaches
Therapy here isn’t about pushing you to just cope or move on. It’s about understanding what’s underneath, at your pace. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep showing up, the emotions beneath them, and the parts of you that have learned to protect
